1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "xbagie", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the xbagie platform and the entity operating xbagie.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on xbagie.net.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on xbagie.net through which the player accesses all xbagie services.
• "Platform" — the xbagie website at xbagie.net, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, features, sportsbook, casino games, and payment interfaces.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — any real-money stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any free credit, deposit match, cashback, or other promotional incentive offered by xbagie to players subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by xbagie before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the xbagie platform.
• "Business Day" — any day other than Friday, Saturday, or a recognised public holiday in Bangladesh, during which xbagie's financial operations teams are active.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and xbagie. By accessing xbagie.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that both you and they meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

xbagie reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any real-money service on xbagie. xbagie operates a strict 18+ policy across all products. xbagie reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographical Eligibility

The xbagie Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk. xbagie does not accept liability for players who access the Platform in breach of local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3.3 Account Registration

To access real-money services, you must register a single account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on xbagie. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, using different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbagie reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, void all bets placed through duplicate accounts, and withhold any balances pending full review.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbagie is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests and at other points as determined by xbagie's compliance team. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by xbagie may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbagie account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

xbagie will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request purporting to be from xbagie, do not respond and contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

You must notify xbagie immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. xbagie will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification; however, xbagie does not accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.
• Do not access your xbagie account from shared or public devices where your credentials may be stored or observed.
• Log out of your account fully after every session, particularly on mobile devices.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xbagie currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's xbagie account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Business Day to reflect, depending on the player's bank. xbagie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5.3 Own Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legally owned by you and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. Deposits made using payment methods registered in a third party's name are not permitted and may be returned subject to applicable fees. xbagie reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds where it deems this necessary.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed the xbagie KYC verification process and must not be subject to any account restriction or pending investigation. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending the provision of satisfactory identity documentation.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are processed within 1 hour. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 Business Days. These timeframes are targets and may be affected by volume, maintenance windows, or third-party payment delays.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

xbagie applies a matched withdrawal policy: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, to the extent that the payment method supports outbound transfers. Where a deposit method does not support withdrawals, xbagie will process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method registered to the player's account.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. Players who have completed enhanced verification may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Full details of applicable limits are displayed within the player's account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

xbagie offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or sports, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the bonus terms for each offer.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each player is eligible for a particular bonus only once. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer terms. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Abuse of Bonuses: xbagie reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, or use of automated tools.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: xbagie reserves the right to alter or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted and activated by players in good faith.

8 Sports Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the xbagie sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the xbagie Sports Betting Rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between the general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the xbagie platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during technical faults, network interruptions, or following the expiry of offered odds are not valid and will be voided. xbagie reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available across cricket, football, and other supported sports on xbagie. Odds for in-play markets update continuously to reflect the live state of the event. There may be brief delays between a real-world event occurring and the Platform's odds updating; bets placed during such a delay may be voided at xbagie's discretion if the Platform determines that the odds were no longer reflective of the actual event state at the time the bet was placed.

8.4 Cancellation and Void Bets

xbagie reserves the right to void individual bets or entire markets in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement; force majeure events; verified match-fixing or corruption; manifest errors in odds compilation; or any other circumstance that xbagie, in its reasonable judgment, determines renders the settlement of the market unfair or impracticable. In all cases where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

9 Casino Games

All casino games available on xbagie — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live studio setup, and has been independently tested for fairness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy by the respective studio's testing laboratory.

xbagie does not control the internal software of third-party game studios. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific casino game outcome, xbagie will refer to the game log records maintained by the studio. The studio's records shall be the authoritative source in any such dispute. Where a studio acknowledges a software malfunction that affected a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and the player's stake will be returned.

Progressive jackpot games may be subject to additional terms set by the game studio. Players are advised to review in-game information before participating in jackpot titles. xbagie does not contribute to or control progressive jackpot prize pools maintained by third-party studios.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbagie platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner that violates the spirit of the promotions.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live dealer games, sports betting, or any other context.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means, fraud, theft, or money laundering to deposit on xbagie.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption in connection with bets placed on xbagie.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards xbagie staff or other platform users.

Where xbagie identifies or suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the player's account, withhold all pending withdrawals pending investigation, void all bets associated with the prohibited conduct, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of remaining balance where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

11 Responsible Gaming

xbagie is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. xbagie provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions, after which the session will be automatically terminated.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying time spent and net outcome during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, during which they will be unable to access any real-money service on xbagie. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players who require a temporary break may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbagie Platform, including but not limited to the xbagie brand name, logo, domain name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of xbagie or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of xbagie.

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. References to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi are for informational purposes only and do not imply ownership of those marks by xbagie.

13 Privacy & Data

xbagie collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of xbagie's Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and day-to-day use of the Platform is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised services. xbagie does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and xbagie.net is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are never stored in plain text.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbagie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss arising from interrupted access to the Platform.

xbagie's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their account shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbagie does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable. xbagie is not liable for losses arising from periods of unavailability or technical interruption.

15 Termination

You may close your xbagie account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, xbagie will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method and then deactivate your account. Any remaining bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited.

xbagie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• xbagie's determination, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a compliance or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, xbagie reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Balances will be returned where no breach is substantiated. Where breach is confirmed, xbagie may apply forfeiture of balances in accordance with the specific breach provisions set out elsewhere in these Terms.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to xbagie's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and xbagie arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other of the dispute in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or to the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable. xbagie's customer support team can be reached at [email protected] to initiate the dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause limits xbagie's ability to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where xbagie considers it necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm arising from prohibited conduct.
